PLIVA the Best Employer Partner
Zagreb, 28 June 2016 – For the fourth time PLIVA Croatia has received the Employer Partner Certificate for excellence in managing human resources. PLIVA Croatia is ranked first in top 5 Employers Partners in Croatia, which is a result of this year’s result of 100% of points in all certifying areas.
This is the result of impeccable HR management processes adjusted to both internal and market needs. Employees have been recognised as key factor for business development, and the emphasis is put on their continual education and development, as well as many other segments of the quality of life.
